Officials

Who are the Officials and what is their work?

The Officials at the Great White Fraternity are divided into the following positions and roles:

. Councillors are the Brothers and Sisters in charge of taking care of the Assemblies and welcoming new members into the Fraternity. We are officially starting with four Assemblies in the coming month and are located in the following regions:

GWF Phenok Assembly – Gebel, Lebanon : Councillor > Shady Zoghby


. Mentors are the Brothers and Sisters responsible in explaining to members the Introductory Handbook and the 22 Guidebooks (Please click on the icon “Guidebooks” in this menu to know about their contents) that will be delivered to them all through their membership as the Listeners. The explanations of the teachings will take place in the Assemblies with the presence of the Councillors who open the session.

. Grand Secretary is the Sister responsible for receiving the “Join the Order” Membership Application Form signed by new members and relate them to the Councillors and Mentors who form the Acceptance Board while Secretaries are the Brothers and Sisters who will receive inquiry emails from the already established members and relate them to Councillors at their specified Assemblies.

. Treasurers are the Brothers and Sisters who takes care of the treasury of the Fraternity by receiving the Membership annual fee and relate to Councillors that such a fee by members has been paid. (Please click on the icon “Join the Order” in this menu to know about the annual fee). Treasures will manage the money received from Memberships according to the wish of the Councillors.

. Acceptance Board are the Brothers and Sisters who are responsible of accepting new members into the Fraternity according to the members application form. Not all members who apply to Join the Order are accepted. When members apply to join in, they will receive an email from the Secretary informing them that “Your application is well received and is now under examination”. Once the Acceptance Board agrees to accept the new member to join in, an email will be sent by the Secretary to the new member asking him/her to pay their fees. Once this is done, Official Membership starts and the journey begins…
